The 18th Angel is a 1997 horror movie, check out the intro:

Couple things, he already knows he is going to lose. In the Bible this verse is speaking of the King of Babylon which IS Lucifer. He is the small g god of this world. The context even states it in verse 9 of how he has power over the rulers of this world. Literally the "king of kings" of the current state of the world (not to be confused with Jesus being called "king of kings."

When I saw the phrase "no longer beast but beauty" reminds me of the Disney movie Beauty & the Beast & for that matter Little Mermaid, Twilight, Rosemary's Baby etc. (seems to be seducing humans to mix w/ nephilim). They have already been using human eggs to create hybrids.

Satan is seraphim(?) because he is serpent and dragon, Seraphim (burning ones & synonym for serpents=dragons)...Lucifer has many names. Devil, Azazel, Satan, Abaddon, Beelzebub, etc. Also remember that many books were taken out of the Bible. The apocrypha/enoch contains more information about the fallen one.
