 This film in 6 parts chronicles David Copperfield's rise to become an elite wizard (Deut 18:11) is the synagogue of Satan (Rev 2:9), from his abusive childhood wherein he was given to demonic oppression (Eph 2:2) including by ventriloquism (Exod. 20:4, Gal 5:20), through his hosting of secret (Eph 5:12, Isa. 29:15), elite (1 John 5:19) satan worshipping services (Matt. 4:8-9) at Musha Cay, his private Bahamian island.

Copperfield's service to Satan, like all renowned (Matt. 4:8-9) wizards throughout history (including Doug Henning, Penn & Teller, Siegfried & Roy, Houdini, and etc.) includes deceiving the world into believing that Jesus Christ is not God (John 10:30), but rather just a magician like 'them' (Rev 3:9)...just an unscrupulous one that pretended to be God on earth.

According to the Lord Jesus Christ, Satan is the god of this world (2 Cor. 4:4), the prince of the power of the air (Eph. 2:2), and the devil's influence is everywhere and in everything:

And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness. (1 John 5:19)

According to God, Jesus, worldly success in any field, from science to entertainment, is necessarily enmity with God (Jas. 4:4):

If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. (John 15:19)

Ye shall know them by their fruits (Matt. 7:16)
